• 99.5% uptime target (not guaranteed).
• Priority support included.
• Resource abuse may lead to limitations.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Malware, phishing, hacking, crypto mining.
• Illegal, copyrighted, or abusive content.
• Infrastructure abuse or DDoS attempts.

6. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations, unpaid invoices, or misuse.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 24 hours (excluding VPS).
• No refunds after the allowed window.

8. Abuse & Staff Protection

Any abuse or harassment toward Veltrion Hosting staff results in immediate termination. Zero tolerance policy.
